What's Bubble wrap roll?
Bubble wrap is a flexible, transparent plastic material used to wrap fragile items. Regular intervals, protruding inflatable hemispheres (bubbles) provide cushioning for fragile items. Bubble film is usually formed from a polyethylene (LDPE) film with a shaped side glued to a flat side to form bubbles. Some types of bubble films have lower permeability barrier films to allow longer service life and resist air loss in vacuum.
The Role of bubble wrap roll
Bubbles that cushion fragile or sensitive objects often come in different sizes, depending on the size of the object being packaged, and the level of cushioning protection required. Multiple layers may be required to provide shock and vibration isolation, while a single layer can simply be used as a surface protection. Bubble wrap is also used to form certain types of mailing envelopes.

Air bubbles can be as small as 6 mm (0.24 in) in diameter and as large as 26 mm (1.0 in) or larger to provide a higher level of shock absorption during transport. The most common bubble size is 1 cm.
In addition to the degree of protection given by the size of the air bubbles in the plastic, the plastic material itself can provide some form of protection for the object in question. For example, when shipping sensitive electronic parts and assemblies, a type of bubble wrap is used that uses antistatic plastic that dissipates static charges, protecting sensitive electronic chips from static electricity that can damage them.
